ACTIVE OLDER ADUTLS
COME JOIN THE FUN @ PRAIRIE WINDS COMMUNITY CENTER

Stretch and Flex
This class consists of stretching major muscle groups and low impact aerobics using a chair for support. Light body toning using hand-held weights. Designed for the older exerciser. FREE to members. Stretch & Flex is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Cards
Enjoy afternoons of pinochle every Monday and Thursday in the lobby from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Bingo
Bingo is held the second Wednesday of every month in the lobby beginning at 2:00 p.m. Prizes are provided.

Pot Luck Lunch
Bring a dish and enjoy others' excellent cooking on the third Thursday of the month in the Henry T. Clarke room. Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. Dessert is provided.

Train Game
The Train Game group meets every Wednesday (except the 2nd Wednesday which is BINGO day) beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the lobby. Choo-Choo!
